Meetings
The Arts Center has a variety of rooms available for meetings:
- Meeting Room A & B are both 15' x 23'. Each has a capacity of 23 seated at tables, 30 auditorium style, and 49 when used reception style (without chairs).
- Board Room C is 22' x 30' and has a capacity of 44. It is equipped with a large board table and 14 plush chairs. It also has a built-in media screen, a serving bar for lunch or dinner meetings, and is accessible to the kitchen.
- Rooms A, B & C may be rented separately, combined to one large space, or into two smaller rooms (A & B, and C.) Used all together, ABC can seat 90 at tables or 175 reception style.
Suite 200, a banquet facility, can accommodate a maximum of 200 guests seated at tables without a dance floor, 150-160 seated guests with a dance floor, or 300 guests stand-up style. Suite 200 is the newest addition to the Irving Arts Center and is 3000 square feet. Suite 200 highlights are beautiful hardwood floors, dimmable lighting and doors that open into the Main Gallery & Outdoor Courtyard.
The Irving Arts Center's Rehearsal Hall is 36' x 57' square feet and can accommodate 175 banquet style, 375 reception style or 131 classroom style. It is equipped with a spring dance floor, acoustical shell ceiling, dance mirrors on one wall and dance bars.
