Sandra Lethem Yeo

Sandra Lethem Yeo’s formal art training began when her parents enrolled
her in painting classes at the age of ten. By the time she was a teenager
she had converted her bedroom into her first “studio”. She attended the
Kansas City Art Institute and has studied with numerous teachers. Her work
includes abstract, realistic and impressionistic paintings. “I enjoy
creating paintings that a collector can enjoy for many years. Each painting
tells a story, but the story is interpretive, it unfolds to the viewer from
their own perspective.” Yeo’s work hangs in private and corporate
collections, and in a permanent collection at the Richardson Public Library.
Sandra is also a published author. Her work has appeared in the Dallas
Morning News, The Senior Voice, Travel Host Magazine, Highlights for
Children and many other regional and national publications. She is the 2006
winner of the Plano Public Library’s Adult Poetry Contest. To view more of
