The Texas & Neighbors Exhibition is an annual collaboration between the Irving Art Association and Irving Arts Center in which artists from Texas and neighboring states (Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Oklahoma) are invited to compete. The Juror for 2022 is Billy Hassell will join us this Saturday evening for a special talk, leading up to the 37th annual exhibition (exhibit dates: May 14-June 11). Hassell is a Texas-based artist with a focus on nature, conservation and the environment who produces oil paintings, color lithographs and watercolors and exhibits in galleries in Texas, Missouri, and Colorado.
The juror talk is free to attend, and open to all.
